OBRABOTKAMETALLOV Vol. 24 No. 2 2022 TECHNOLOGY Fig. 11. Graph of the change in the k ECR  value of the cross sections of the processed surface areas M-1 and M-2 from the 1st to the 51st transition inclusive Fig. 10. Round diagram of the shape deviation of the cross-sectional contour of the machined area after the 2nd transition: a – 2 _ max 56.2 p h  mm; b – 2 _ max 57.2 p h  mm a b diameter of ø6.1 m, the value is  . 3 04 mm specified ECR   . After performing the 51 st transition in section M-2, the value 2 2.998 M ECR    mm, and in section M-1, the value is 1 3.082 M ECR    mm. Thus, the surface area M-2 will be further used for the last technological transition, which involves machining the entire remaining part of the surface. Fig. 11 shows a graph of the change in the k ECR  value of the cross sections of the processed surface areas M-1 and M-2 from the 1st to the 51st transition inclusive. Prior to the last transition, an operation was performed to determine the geometric parameters of the shape accuracy of the M-2 surface area, which is taken as the main processing base for the 52nd transition.
