Analysis of shape deviations has shown that errors occur when manufacturing a master model using stereolithography. 3. An experimental study of the shape deviation of the master model has shown a surface concavity in the range from 0.03 to 0.07 mm depending on the location of the sides. 4. It is shown that the optimized master model has 25 % fewer shape deviations.
