O. , Engineer, e-mail: btimish@mail.ru Biysk Technological Institute, Branch of Polzunov Altai State Technical University, 27 Trafimova st., Biysk, Altai region, 659305, Russian Federation Abstract A inductor for combined magnetic-pulse processing cutting tool, comprising a metal field to protect service personnel and installation of electrical pathway from the negative effects of high frequency pulsed magnetic field. The calculation was performed for shields with varying wall thicknesses and with technological holes. From these calculation results show that the shielding efficiency slightly increases with increasing the thickness of the shield wall. Because of the inductor design and taking into account the value of the effectiveness of the shielding wall thickness of the c is assumed to be five millimeters. For the analysis of the magnetic field in the inductor established distribution model of the magnetic field in the inductor magnetic-pulse processing.
