A., Ph.D. (Engineering), Associate Professor, e-mail: dielektrik84@mail.ru Bratsk State University, 40 Makarenko st., Bratsk, 665709, Russian Federation Abstract The article presents ways to improve the efficiency of the composites, which is proposed to replace conventional construction and other materials in the field of engineering, where possible; The need in structuring, organizing of composite data, and automation of the search operations, analysis and decision-synthesized solutions of choice rational composite material; Revealed stages of software development unit for the preparation of composite products manufacturing; It depicts an algorithm which is based on multi-criteria analysis technique and rational selection object; presented program product for rational choice of materials for their composition parameters (density, tensile strength: tensile, compressive, bending modulus, cost, thermal conductivity, etc.) under conditions of actual production; It describes the principle of software; reflects the prospects for further implementation of the research results.
