(Engineering), Professor, e-mail: psi@tpu.ru Gubaidulina R.H. , Ph.D. (Engineering), Associate Professor Yurga Institute of Technology, TPU Affiliate, 26 Leningradskaya st., Yurga, 652055, Russian Federation Abstract The problem of optimal organization of the life cycle of products in the engineering industry, which is based on the provision on reasonable life of the product. Developed principles and proposed methods of optimization stages of exploitation, design, manufacture and recycling machine. It is shown that the machine design and technology of its manufacture is economically interconnected through the maximum possible profit of the enterprise. It is established that the machine manufacturer should be organized on the principle of quick mass production, and disposal of products should be carried out by the manufacturer and to play the role of a feedback loop.
