The introduction of carbon-fluorine containing additives reduces the level of oxide non-metallic inclusions and eliminates ferritic component, without changing the level of dispersion and microhardness of martensite increases the hardness and reduces abrasive wear of weld layers. Introduction to the composition of the wire of nickel refines the grain of austenite, contributes to the formation of fine carbides, reduces the rate of abrasion of the deposited layer, and also increases the microhardness of martensite and the hardness of the deposited layer, which should lead to increased thermal rolls. Keywords welding, flux, metal, slag, flux cored wire, welding, microhardness, hardness, speed of abrasion Funding The work is done in sibsiu as part of the project part of State task of Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation No. 11.1531.2014/K. When testing, research, and measurement was used the equipment of collective use Center "Materials Science" sibsiu.
