R., Ph.D. (Engineering), Assistant Professor, e-mail: edigarovs@mail.ru Omsk Tank Automotive Engineering Institute, 14 Military Town, Omsk, 644098, Russian Federation Abstract In work the zone of a frictional electric contact of the tool and the processed detail surface at frictional and electric modifying is theoretically investigated, mathematical dependences for calculation of temperature determined by total influence of mechanical and electric energy in a processing zone are offered. Calculations are made, dependences of calculated values of temperature in the microvolume of the processed detail blanket from the FEM technological modes are presented.
