(Engineering), Professor, Head of Department, e-mail: snv.ktn@mail.ru South Ural State University (National Research University), 76 Lenin prospekt, Chelyabinsk, 454080, Russian Federation Abstract The analysis of current state in the planning process of machinery production has been given, ERP system choice for the enterprise requirements has been made; automated process of production planning and its implementation in SAP ERP system has been developed taking into account the enterprise requirements. The effectiveness of the developed methodology has been tested experimentally. Scientific and research work (SRW) results: organizing effective control and planning in business processes, cutting processing time and increasing stability of business process management; raising the flexibility of enterprise operation and agility in responding to market demands; decreasing expenses in external and internal faults.
