Turgenev, 95 Komsomolskaya st., Orel, 302026, Russian Federation Abstract The mathematical model of change of technical condition of hinged element of the transport vehicle in the conditions of bench probes in the program MathCAD environment is analyzed. The assumptions and restrictions characteristic of the developed mathematical model are set. After introduction of all restrictions, conditions and drawing up the program of change of technical condition of hinged element of suspender of the transport vehicle when diagnosing at the stand, we receive schedules of dependence of vibration acceleration from time, and also influence of coefficients of ruggedness and elasticity on form of the received schedules. The analysis of the schedules received by modeling and during the pilot studies has shown that the greatest toe-out between them does not exceed 10% that confirms adequacy to the developed mathematical model. The joint analysis of theoretical and experimental data has shown that the vibration mode allows to define with high reliability axial clearance in the spherical hinge.
