The results of the pilot studies demonstrating efficiency of the impact of additional hardening processing of SPD in the operation of parts on the increase in their fatigue longevity are presented. A special technique has been developed which allows to prove a contribution of the additional hardening processing of SPD to increase in a fatigue longevity of parts from the positions of power approach to the management of the surface layer condition and to choose the most rational production schedules of stage-by-stage hardening of parts by methods of SPD in the course of their operation.
