(Engineering), Professor, e-mail: ya.dovydenkov@yandex.ru Kobylina E.V. , Ph.D. (Engineering), Associate Professor, e-mail: 2804106@rambler.ru Volga State University of Technology, 3 Leninа, Yoshkar-Ola, 424000, Russian Federation Abstract In work the description of manufacturing techniques of metal details of constructional appointment as casting of mixes of powders of iron, oxide of iron and liquid binding, restoration of oxides in a vacuum as a result of decomposition of binding, subsequent agglomeration and infiltration is given. Studying of features of course of infiltration are carried out by brass on high- porous preparations on the basis of iron with sizes of time less than 1 micron with various percentage of initial components. It is established that process of infiltration of the preparations received by casting of mixes iron - iron oxide – binding, passes in three stages. Results show that this technology has advantages as in comparison with traditional technology of pressing and agglomeration, and in comparison with the MIME – technology. These advantages are expressed as in expansion of technological capabilities on receiving details of irregular shape, and in depreciation of products.
