The increase in the collection is achieved by overestimating (understating) the size of one of the details, thus providing a guaranteed allowance for fitting. At the same time, the inflated nominal value of the customized details provides a high percentage of assembly, but increases the labor costs of the fitting work, and the understated nominal leads to an increase in the number of not assembled pairs. To solve this problem, an algorithm for assigning the technological size to the details that are fitting during assembly. It is shown that one more criterion for determining the nominal size of the customized details can serve as economic indicators.
