A. , Ph.D. (Engineering), Associate Professor, e-mail: sergey0511@mail.ru Bauman Moscow State Technical University, 5 Baumanskaya 2-ya, Moscow, 105005, Russian Federation Abstract In the manufacturing sector, the Internet of things is changing processes and products: smart machines and objects that have the ability to communicate with participants life cycle of the product (for example, humans, intelligent machines and robots) at all stages, allowing to react to changes and adjust processes in real time. This industrial revolution leads to "smart" (Smart) automated production management system, which allows you to more effectively and quickly respond to changes in the production process, as well as to create new models of governance of the value chain that are able to deliver, to produce products and to optimize all stages life cycle of the product (e.g., in response to changes in the availability of human resources and raw materials, changes in demand for goods, etc.). These processes blur the traditional boundaries of industries, creating many complex interactions. This paper examines the creation of the industrial research support system life cycle of the product complex products, the purpose of which is to provide access to high-tech equipment and powerful computer systems maximum number of users with minimal cost. We can say that the system has both properties and "digital" and "smart" systems. The basis for building a production-research system was existing in the Department "Computer production control system" MSTU. N. Uh. Bauman control system "GPS "Denford" MSTU" cloud platform SAP HANA Cloud Platform The cloud platform provides an implementation of the functions of the office without using their own it infrastructure by providing cloud-based resource. Training and production flexible manufacturing system (FMS) of the English company "Denford" (operated in the MSTU. Bauman in 2006.) GPS "Denford" consists of turning and milling manufacturing cell (CNC machine, robot manipulator and a drive), automated warehouse with stacker, conveyor and control systems In the cloud, a database and a Java application have access to it. Also in the cloud are HTML5 apps with a user interface system designed to enable the user to control the system via a standard web browser from any location Currently, the first stage of the system that showed technical possibility of implementation of this project.
