Due to expansion and development of domestic and industrial electrical network growing up actuality of systems like that. The basis of the automated control system is interaction of microprocessor control devices of high voltage equipment with local computer network. The main task with organization correct interaction is standardization of storage structure and designation of devices. It is explains because of it allows achieving compatibility in data exchange between devices of different producers and in tracking data transfer parameters between devices with help third-party software. Special attention at developing of system gives to using microprocessor devices supporting IEС 61850 standard. The using of technology «Digital substation» based on IEC 61850 standard allows essentially reduce costs to designing, commissioning work, operation and maintenance of energetic objects.
