Marksa, Novosibirsk, 630073, Russian Federation Abstract In the formation of surface quality parameters, the main role is played by the extreme operation, as occurs on typical production lines. In accordance with this, there is a need to analyze in more detail the technology of finishing processing, in our case, the operation of diamond smoothing is considered. Processing was carried out on hybrid turning equipment, which, in turn, made it possible to quench VEN HDTV on the same technological equipment. Tracking and control of structural components was performed using raster and optical microscopy. Then, using x-ray and mechanical methods, it was possible to find out what stress-strain state of the hardened layer, and also to determine the residual stresses.
