The main factors affecting these deviations are identified. An approach is proposed to determine the size and shape of hole deviations, taking into account the elastic and thermal deformations of the elements of the technological system. Dependencies are obtained that can be used as an integral part of information support for CAPP for mechanical processing of body parts with thin walls of variable thickness. Keywords thin-walled body part, base hole, accuracy, size and shape deviation, elastic deformations, thermal deformations, CAPP, information support.
