ОБРАБОТКА МЕТАЛЛОВ № 3 (60) 2013 79 ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ. ИНСТРУМЕНТЫ and cutting chip from the surface of the product "collector" in automatic mode is investigated. The machine for interoperation removing of residual coolant-cutting fluid and cutting chip from exterior and interior product "collector" channels is designed and manufactured. The microprocessor control system, which allows to remove residual coolant-cutting fluid and cutting chip after machining at the automatic cycle, by washing, followed by drying the product surfaces with hot air at the possibility of changing the number of passes, is developed and applied.
