The mechanical processing of composites differs significantly from the processing of metals. The paper discusses the criteria for creating an experimental stand for processing non-metallic composite materials. Improving the efficiency of processing composites with a cutting tool requires ensuring the technological parameters of the machine, the device and the tool, which guarantee its operation with maximum efficiency and quality of the processed products. The purpose of this work is to develop an experimental stand for the study of the machining process of non-metallic composite materials. The strength and dynamic calculations of the elements of the stand are given. As a result of the calculations, it is revealed that the designed bench allows studying the process of blade processing with different modes and a tool with different geometric parameters, equipped with different tool materials.
