STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF HAMMER CRUSHER, DETERMINED BY MODELING FUNCTIONS OF FOOD GRINDING PROCESSES Kerzhencev V.A., Ph.D. (Engineering), Associate Professor, e-mail: kerjencev46@ngs.ru Perova N.V., Senior Lecturer, e-mail: perova@corp.nstu.ru Novosibirsk State Technical University, 20 Prospekt K. Marksa, Novosibirsk, 630073, Russian Federation Abstract In the paper authors propose new possibilities for designing a hammer crusher according to the modeling functions of the grinding process. The functions called modeling combine the operations of the grinding process and the structure of the crusher into a single calculation system using functional-logical connections. The grinding cycle produced by the crushing device within one revolution of the rotor is associated with the number of hammers and sectors. In the dynamics of the process (in calculations) the grinding operations are connected with particle flow distribution functions on steps of the cycle and sectors of the device, forming masses of particles of different sizes in it. Authors give the values of the real disperse composition of particles, obtained at the exit from the crusher, determine the characteristics of its devices, in particular mass density dependence from degree crushing particles in the crusher. Keywords Crusher structure, sector, hammers, process fragmentation, functional-logical connections, modeling functions, numerical series.
