Marksa, Novosibirsk, 630073, Russian Federation Abstract The rationale for the application of the combined machine complex, which combines mechanical processing and plasma spraying, is presented in the paper. The generalized structural scheme of the combined complex, which enables mechanical processing of parts with complex geometry and plasma spraying on cylindrical elements, is presented. The three-dimensional layout model of the combined complex on the example of turning equipment with computer numerical control is developed. The resulting model shows the configuration and functional possibilities of the technological equipment, and is also used at the design stage.
