Ulianov Chuvash State University, 15 Moskovsky Prospekt, Cheboksary, 428015, Russian Federation Abstract The paper formulates the problem of realization of incoming inspection of electrohydraulic valves in the conditions of its mass application on machinery. Since the quality of these devices determines the parameters of reliability and controllability of final product, a special attention should be given to the procedure of incoming inspection. Currently, this procedure is not automatized, and the result depends on the attentiveness, discipline and motivation of the operator, which negatively affects its reliability. The method of creating an automatized test bench for group incoming inspection of electrohydraulic valves using a standard electronic transmission control unit is considered, quantifiable parameters that can be used as criteria for the technical suitability of the products being tested are determined. The conclusion is made about the expediency of developing and implementing an automated stand at the entrance control site.
