Ulianov Chuvash State University, 15 Moskovsky Prospekt, Cheboksary, 428015, Russian Federation Abstract Modern industry requires a quick reaction of the enterprise to changing external conditions. This is achieved by using new technologies of the main and auxiliary processes, as well as reducing the volume of manual labor by maximizing the automation of manufacturing operation. The paper discusses examples of solutions to the identified problems in the manufacturing of mechanical rubber goods. A new technology for deburring after injection molding of parts made of elastic materials by exposure to low temperatures and subsequent mechanical purification with solid granulate in a rotating drum is described. The results of the experimental selection of the operating modes of the installation for cryogenic stripping of products made of elastic materials are presented. As an example, the operation of stripping burrs on sealing rings made of silicone mixtures is considered. The new technologies of shaping and subsequent finishing operations, as well as the use of new equipment, make it possible to significantly intensify manufacturing and improve the quality of products. Optimal conditions for leveling and normalization of manufacturing processes, elimination of bottlenecks due to the studied technology, equipment and automation of operations are shown. Keywords Automation, mechanical rubber goods, coating, stripping process, cryogenic installation, research.
