Marksa, Novosibirsk, 630073, Russian Federation Abstract In modern rapidly developing manufacturing space, the efficiency and accuracy of production processes are of paramount importance. As industry increasingly uses advanced materials and complex geometries in its designs, the need for innovative processing solutions is becoming even more acute. The purpose of the work is to analyze the relevance of the development of hybrid equipment for representative parts used at the stations of the Siberian Ring Photon Source. Theory. In the theoretical part of the work, the geometry and purpose of the vacuum fittings are described, and it is concluded that significant capasity losses occur due to actions on the workpiece that are not related to the removal of material. Results and discussions. It is concluded that when combining several operations on hybrid equipment, it is possible to reduce the auxiliary time for manufacturing a part due to the absence of the need for reinstallation, which in turn leads to efficiency improving. The results obtained show the relevance of the development of hybrid equipment for combining thermal and finishing machining operations. Keywords Finishing, heat treatment, hybrid equipment, honing, rotation input, vacuum fittings.
