Ulianov Chuvash State University, 15 Moskovsky Prospekt, Cheboksary, 428015, Russian Federation Abstract Through the example of a connecting-rod bearing Ø8×Ø6×5 mm of a piston high-speed micromotor, MDS-6.5KRU-S, various technologies are considered, using which it is fundamentally possible to manufacture this bearing and, accordingly, other similar small radial sliding bearings from a new antifriction material of the Cu-Sn-Al-MoS2-C-O-system. Analysis of these technologies has shown that the most optimal is the technology that involves double-sided cold pressing of the powder-granular mixture, heating of the obtained tubular billet in the medium of protectivereducing gases, its hot additional pressing and fine-tuning the size and cleanliness of the surfaces of the part by machining methods. Experiments confirmed the high efficiency of this technology for manufacturing small-sized radial sliding bearings from the specified material with increased hardness and wear resistance.
