Рассматривая использование РИ в качестве объекта мониторинга можно сделать вывод о практическом отсутствии конструкций динамометрических устройств, выполненных в теле режущего инструмента или инструментальной системы. В настоящее время в связи с дальнейшим развитием, как измерительной техники, так и вследствие создания принципиально новых конструкций режущих инструментов (например, для модульных инструментальных систем) имеется возможность создания совмещенных режущих инструментов- измерителей, обеспечивающих требуемые его прочностные и жесткостные характеристики. Classification of ways of the cutting tool condition monitoring A.M. Markov, A.N. Romashev Three main types of monitoring of a condition of the tool are reflected in classification: prior to processing; in the course of cutting; after processing. For a certain type of realization of monitoring use a direct or indirect method of determination of parameters of a condition of the tool. Depending on a method for each type of monitoring objects and for each object possible registered parameters are specified. Use as object of monitoring of the most cutting tool is in detail considered when determining its state in the course of cutting.
