Skeeba The object of research is the stage of manufacturing processes of machine parts, consisting of operations : pre- machining, plasma spray coating , melt coating concentrated source of energy and finish machining . The analysis of scientific literature allowed us to estimate the current state of research in the field of integration of heterogeneous operations on the same production equipment in Russia and abroad, to evaluate the relevance and importance of the scientific work performed. It was found that today in engineering clearly manifested a special interest in the development of a new type of technological equipment - multi- processing complexes with multifunctional capabilities. With direct use of modern CAD- systems have been developed 3D model of a new integral equipment combining machining , plasma spraying , and high- melt coating by high-frequency heating .
