Kolot, S.G. Onishchuk The paper considers the methods of forecasting and anticipation of the errors of the form of surfaces of details of type of table milling machines, frames open-type racks. Errors due to redistribution of internal stresses during cutting and elastic wringing out in sections with low rigidity. Developed a method of pre-emption of the errors in the form of parts, based on the principle of inter-compensation of distortion from the redistribution of residual stresses after removal allowance and elastic wringing out under the action of the component cutting force P y , because they point in opposite directions. Dependence of influence of the initial parameters of the processed parts of the component cutting force P y expressed through cutting modes. The variable value is the value of the horizontal feeder's, with the help of which the control of the error of the form.
