How to submit a paper

  In order to submit a paper, the author (all co-authors) should be registered on the journal's website. The author (one of the co-authors) in his/her personal account selects the item “Submit a paper” in the menu and enters all the necessary data. He/she chooses co-authors from the list of registered users.

Important: The work should be received no later than 3 months before the official publication of the issue according to the schedule. In exceptional cases, with the agreement of the editorial staff of the journal, the deadline for receiving the paper in the nearest issue can be extended, but not more than for two weeks.) Before sending the manuscript to the editorial office, it is strongly recommended to verify it using the Anti-Plagiarism system.

The manuscript is prepared in accordance with the rules in the MS Word editor and is attached in *.doc, *.docx format.

Scanned license agreement with authors' signatures and expert conclusion (color scanning mode, resolution not less than 600 dpi) should also be attached on the journal website in the section “Submit a paper” in the format *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg.

After carrying out the above-described actions, the button “Send to the editor” should be pressed.

Simultaneously with the manuscript the paper version of the expert conclusion on the possibility of an open publication of the paper is sent to the mail address of the editorial office: 20, Prospekt K. Marksa, Novosibirsk, 630073, Russia Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), bldg. 5, com. 137ВЦ, the deputy editor-in-chief Vadim Y. Skeeba.

When the manuscript is accepted for printing, an author's license agreement is sent to the postal address of the editorial office. Example of a completed contract is here.
