Methodical recommendations on the organization of primary life support of population in emergency situations contain basic provisions for the preparation of the site and recommendations for actions and liquidation of emergency situations (RSChS) in the solution of tasks on organization of primary life support of population in the cross-vucinich situations, as well as the main tasks and the functioning of the temporary accommodation of the affected population, evacuated (resettled) at threat and occurrence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic character. They are tailored to the requirements of Federal laws, decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation Ministry for civil defence, emergencies and elimination of consequences of natural disasters (EMERCOM of Russia) and other Federal bodies of Executive power. Designed to provide practical assistance to the territory of customized bodies of EMERCOM of Russia, Federal Executive authorities, Executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government and organizations in the solution of questions of the organization of primary life-support of population in emergency situations and the work of the temporary accommodation of the affected population.
