Synthesis of single-channel regulators using factorization of the object transfer function

Abstract

In the framework of this article, we consider a modified method for synthesizing single-channel controllers using factorization of polynomials of the transfer function of an object based on the use of the Sylvester matrix, which is the basis for a formalized solution of the synthesis problem of multi-channel controllers in control systems for interconnected processes and devices. A method for the synthesis of single-channel controllers using factorization of polynomials of the numerator and denominator of the transfer function of the object is proposed, which allows you to "save" the left zeros and poles of the object, remote from the imaginary axis, in a closed system. An example of the synthesis of single-channel controllers that control not strictly correct second-order objects using the factorization methods of the object is illustrated, which confirms the efficiency of the proposed method.
