Abstract
The identification and dynamic systems management questions which represent considerable interest for the scientists and engineers dealing with problems as a state and parameters estimations of dynamic systems, and various objects management problems now are reflected in materials of the XII All-Russian meeting on problems of the management which took place on June 16-19, 2014 on the venue of Management Problems Institute of V.A. Trapeznikov of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In spite of the fact that many works of domestic researchers are devoted to methods of linear and nonlinear identification, problems of creation of the most simply realized algorithms of identification didn't lose the relevance. In the conditions of the existing uncertainty of characteristics of external indignations, and also in the presence of considerable variations of dynamic objects parameters, application of such algorithms of a filtration which parameters could be adjusted for ensuring the most exact estimation of parameters and a state is recommended. In this work the review of some interesting approaches to the solution of the dynamic systems identification problem is given, for example, use of the filter on the basis of fast genetic algorithm with elite population for linear discrete non-stationary system. Also identification methods of nonlinear non-stationary systems on the basis of the veyvlet-analysis represent undoubted interest.
