Developmentof the complex of models in algorithm of ecological riskmanagement in heat power system

Abstract
Any human activity is connected with production and consumption of energy, especially electric presently. Heat and power production it is also warm – the labor-intensive and difficult process uniting economic, social and ecological aspects. System approach is necessary for effective management of this process. In article the complex object management algorithm which will allow to operate ecological risks at the level of the heat power enterprises is considered. Concentration of harmful impurities in emissions of the heat power enterprisesare considered as ecological risks. Groups of harmful impurity which will be estimated, are chosen on the basis of the analysis of structure of emissions. It is oxide and dioxide of nitrogen, sulfur oxide, carbon oxide, solid substances. In the present article the complex of models which will allow to carry out an assessment of process of production of heat according to the allocated efficiency indicators, for improvement of work of the constructed algorithm is offered. The complex consists of models of two levels. The first level is the models of the operating alternatives allowing to estimate how exactly to reorganize process of production of heat in the best way. For decrease in concentration of harmful emissions were chosen three of a way: burning of fuel with low coefficient of excess of air, two-level burning, recirculation of part of flue gases. For each of them the model in the notation of BPMN that allows to compare the time and financial expenditure demanded on realization of any way is constructed. For a concentration assessment as indicator of efficiency the second level of models – the imitating model belonging to the class of models of system dynamics is offered. She allows to receive concentration of all impurity for every day of the predicted month in the form of schedules. Thus, the complex of models in algorithm of management of environmental risks allows to estimate all indicators of efficiency chosen in article.
